INTRODUCTION
Zacchaeus was a wealthy fellow who had heard about Jesus but was not
a
follower. When he heard that Jesus was due to pass through Jericho
that
day, he went out to see him. Being a little guy, he climbed a sycamore
tree
to get a better view. When Jesus approached and saw him up in the
tree,
he said, "Zacchaeus, hurry and come down; for today I must stay at
your house." (Luke 19:5)
